Probably A Sedge Warbler

24 Jul

I went to Farlington Marshes this evening. It was dead sunny and I think the sun burnt my neck. I didn’t like it.

Anyway, in the reed beds I seen this and I reckon it is a sedge warbler but I could be wrong I can’t even tell a pied wagtail from a white wagtail (HAHAHA! This is a very funny joke because a pied wagtail IS a white wagtail! You can laugh!).

Seriously though, I’m fairly certain it is a sedge warbler on account of the broad light stripe over the eye, but if you know better please let me know. Cheers.

I also seen this egret, greenfinch and ponce:

Do you ever get paranoid about the amount of helicopters following you? Like that bit towards the end of Goodfellas?
