Green Sandpiper

28 Jul

Today I gone up Pulborough’s Brook and I seen a green sandpiper. At least I think it is a green sandpiper. It’s definitely a bird. Or a bat. Or something.

I was also very pleased to see a few Paula Abdul pipits, both adult and juvenile. The Paula Abdul pipit was so named by Gilbert White because its song sounds exactly like Paula Abdul’s inter-species love song Opposites Attract. Being played on a tuba.
